Dear Friend: We are writing you to about a matter of utmost importance regarding the current and future make¬up of the California State Assembly. Specifically, our neighbor and friend Jeff Gorell is running for State Assembly in the 37th District when Audra is termed out in 2010. It is imperative that we elect Jeff to the Assembly. You need to be aware that Ventura County will be ground zero in the next election. Sacramento Democrats are already targeting the 37th Assembly District because they only need a few more votes to have total control without any Republican opposition to raise taxes. Electing Jeff Gorell is critical to keeping the 37th District in the Republican column and stopping the Democrats’ massive tax hike. |
